Here are 3 things you can try:

1) go into control panel, go to Display, Settings tab, Display resolution, and move it up to 1024 by 768 or 1280.by 1024, then click Apply.

2) find out what brand your graphics card is, google ATI if it's an ATI card or NVIDIA if it's an NVIDIA card, and find their website. Go to the website's download section, and download the latest video driver. Then install it and restart your computer.

3) Restart your computer and go to Safe Mode. Then go to Programs, accessories, system tools, System Restore. Choose to restore your pc to a restore point that is before when you played the game that messed up your computer.

Your screen resolution got changed to a lower level. Go to the control panel select Display. Click the Settings tab and slide the Screen Area or Resolution to the right for a higher resolution.
