If you stop going in there and just let him deal with it, he'll eventually get the point. Maybe buy him a nightlight. I got that glade light show for my kids and they love it. I took the scented oil thing out though cause it smelled horrible.

I have an 18 mo old who still wakes. He went from waking every two hours at your sons age, to now only 2 or 3 times a night.

I guess what i'm saying is that is does get better. Bring him to bed with you and you will get more sleep :)

I was about to give you some tips and then I remembered that our son didn't sleep through the night until he was 2. I don't have room to talk!

A tape of your voice talking and singing might calm him.

I find that giving my daughter a bath before bed time helps her sleep better at night... that and making sure her tummy is full.

Dont let him have too many naps throughout the day,keep him well exercised to make him more tired and make sure he's not hungry or thirsty before his bedtime.
