How do I construct a simple piece of headwear that makes me look like Kermit the Frog?

(I'm serious. Jim Henson never licensed the likeness of Kermit the Frog to any manufacturers except for children's Halloween costumes, so I need to roll my own, and fast.)

I would buy the kids pattern and just scale it up. Or look at the picture and copy it with 1/4 inch foam and green fleece.
