NEWSFLASH - synthetic testosterone like they found in him is considered an anabolic steroid. And he had a bunch of it in his system.

Check out the link below. It clearly states that

" Pro wrestler Chris Benoit had steroids and other drugs in his system when he killed his wife and young son last month and hanged himself in the family's home, investigators said Tuesday."

As the case is on going we can only speculate. Clearly they know more OR it would be open and shut.

It was not steroids. Many people take testosterone, even for receeding hairlines as they had stated.

I still maintain especially now with all the new evidence about how his body changed positions and how he came up clean for alcohol even though they originally stated they believed otherwise - that the entire family was murdered.

I hope whoever the hell you are that is out there watching and thriving off of all of this media destroying wrestling and causing grief for the remaining family, get your karma.

Even though this case is on going and you think you stand protected your actions will not go unnoticed. So whoever the sicko out there who did this is please come clean for the sake of all.

What makes ANYONE kill their family who does such a deed? Genetics. Mental illness. Abusive background. Psychotic nature. Stress. Good, ol' fashioned insanity. It could be a lot of stuff. Sadly, it actually happens almost every day.

i think it was a severe mental issue no one had any idea about. he was SO quiet and private his whole life and he never showed any emotions. therefore i think all the bad things that ever happened bundled up in him and he snapped which led to killing his wife. then i think he felt bad about it and decided to kill his son because he knew that with his mother dead and him possibly in jail he wouldn't get the right care. once he done that he decided that there was no point of living anymore and he took his own life

In my opinion thats lazyness of hearing all these big words that these doctors are talking about so you idiot pea brains say hey he said a big word was in his body so that means he was "loaded with steroids"

ummm... i don't think your source is legit. My source said that "Benoit's body contained 10 times the normal level of testosterone, which appeared to have been injected shortly before he died, as well as the anti-anxiety drug Xanax and the painkiller hydrocodone, authorities said."

"Benoit tested negative for alcohol"

Roid rage. What a shame. His kid and wife didn't deserve to die like that.

Steriods were in the system, but took no role in the killings.

I believe he lost it, killed his wife, then sat around for a day realizing he was screwed blue and figured he's take the easy way out, taking his kid out with him.
