Yes, I've seen seals eat them. I'm sure polar bears, eskimos and sharks see them as prey as well.

Off the Otago Peninsula in the South Island , New Zealand lives the rarest of Penguin, the Yellow Eyed Penguin. Currently it is being hunted by Sealions, however it is only the female sealion that has aquired the taste. They consume between 20 to 30 birds a year. The male sealion just does not seem interested in these rare animals.

Penguins have been eaten by humans many times. the breast meat is the best part, even so it is an oily flesh. Animals that eat pemguins include the marine animals such as sealions, fur seals, leopard seals, sharks and killer whales; birds such as skuas; and terrestrial animals such as snakes, foxes and cats. Most penguins breed on southern coasts of the southern hemisphere continents and the islands of the southern ocean and are subject to attack by native and introduced predators.

Seals eat penguins regularly, for some this is their regular prey.
Killer whales and sharks will also eat penguins when they can.
(DAR76 is a bit off: penguins live only on the south pole, polar bears and eskimos are only in the north)

Eskimos are on the wrong side of the earth. Ditto with polar bears. The ones that eat penguins are orcas, leapord seals, brown skuas, and other predatory birds that spend at least a little while in the Antartic

Leapord seals shake them out of their skin and eat them. Killer whales also eat penguins. By the way, iluvthecow, polar bears live in the arctic, several thousand miles away from any penguins.

Morp_8888 is correct except in one matter and that is that penguins live as far north as the Galapagos islands.I think however there are several different kinds of penguins and not all come that far north.I am not exactly sure however.

Don't know about humans but some species of sea lions and seals have been known to eat them, and so have killer whales. Skuas will attack chicks.
