Very few place will chrome alloy bike wheels, for two reasons - one is that new H&S regulations mean the type of chrome now used is less likely to stick to alloy; and secondly, alloy wheels tend to be porous and chrome doesn't stick well to porous surfaces.
Why not get the wheels mirror polished instead? It looks much better than chrome, it will last longer and it's easier to keep clean.
If you still want chrome, check out -

Not really the whole point of adding chrome to it is so that it does not rust or wear off, it'll take a VERY long time for the chrome to need to be replaced and no one of the best things for a rainy place
