i have PCOS and is desperate for a baby. here whats up....... my last period was 26-31 of may, no period for june. i had a slight spotting around the 11th of july, an upset feeling twice this mth, abnominal cramps and my nipples hurt. i took a hpt around early july but it was neg. can you give me an insight on whats up with me? thanking you in advance.

I also have PCOS, so I feel for you. If your HPT was negative, it's either to early to detect hcg or it's truly negative. For your own peace of mind, you may want to get a beta blood test at the doctor's office, but it's cheaper to wait a week and then re-test at home. I know my cycles are extremely irregular with PCOS, so maybe this is what's happening with you too. Good luck.

Only your Dr. can tell you what's wrong for sure.But most likely you're not pregnant.I know there's rumors that HPT are sometimes wrong,but your better erring on the side of not and checking with your Doc.Hang in there...things will work out!

i am 3 months pregnant....when i first thought i was pregnant i took at test...and it was neg.....i took a test like once a week because i swore i was pregnant...i could feel i was because i knew my body....but all the tests were neg. i went to the doctors and i ended up being 3 months pregnant....so for 3 months i was taking tests and they were all wrong...u should go to the doctors even though the test was neg. good luck!
