a mock draft is where the big adults think about which teams will pick which players. Now put on your PJs and go back to bed.

We're just half the halfway point of baseball season right now.

The NFL season will begin in September, and the NBA a month later.

A mock draft is a hypothetical look at how a league's draft will take shape. This is usually done more with the NBA and NFL than with baseball, since baseball drafts often have uncertainty because of contract concerns before the draft takes place. Although the 2008 NFL draft is a long way away, there have already been mock drafts involving seniors, although those will change as underclassmen declare for the draft.

In the NBA finals, the Spurs easily handled the Cavs. The "real" finals took place in the second round, when the Spurs defeated the Phoenix Suns.

Finally, I have to admit that the Red Sox "rock" so far this season, even though I'm not a fan. There are plenty who suck at this point in major league baseball, including the Nationals, Royals and Devil Rays.

Yes, its baseball season

NFL season starts September 9th

NBA season starts in October

A mock draft is at the end of a season (usually basketball and football) when a bunch of "experts" make at list of which players they think each team will draft

The Spurs beat the Cavs 4 games to 0 games in the NBA finals

And if we are talking baseball then the Boston Red Sox rock and the New York Yankees Suck
