My bff is turning 13 and she weighs less than my 8 year old sister!No,she is not starved or anything.Her whole family is like that even though they can eat like pigs!
Heres the problem.
Whenever my younger sisters
&me hang out with her&her sisters they make us feel really bad cause we weigh more than they do.Like if they give us clothes to wear that aviously doesn't fit they think we are fat and really hurt our feelings.They even laugh about about.
Ya see,my bff only weighs 70pounds and shes 4'8 at 13 years.
How can we get her to shut-up about our normal weight just because she thinks we are fat without hurting her feelings???

No,shes not bad at all!
Its just in her family they are ALL super Skinny.She does this without knowing shes being rude.Its only like when we are at their house.They call the one sisiter fat in their fam cause shes almost normal size.

The best advice i can give you is don't do anything back. In other words when she calls you fat just act as if you don't care. Then if you have to let it out go in your room and yell at any object you want. It sounds stupid i know but it may work. try it for 30 days and see if there is an improvement.

well it's just that your friend has high matabulism if you play any sports or get active dance and run i assure you can get down 2 her weight but i am just like you i'm not heavy iway just right 4 my age but i did starve myself last year i would eat 1 meal a day and my doctor was scared i got down 2 97 pounds and i looked sick all the time you should always remember big bone girls aren't suppose 2 be skinny or maybe you haven't noticed usally skinny girls want some stuff that you have like a big chest and a big butt i know how you feel my granmother ways 78 at 63yrs old and 5'2

Find your confidence and know being healthy and weighing more than 70 pounds doesn't make you fat. Know that Hollywood and Television make people feel like they have to be skinny or boney to be attractive, which is retarded. When your friend decides to laugh at you, tell her its not cool, if she keeps doing it after, call her a skeleton, so she knows not to make fun of other people.
Sometimes you have to put people in their places. good luck hun.

Make fun of her right back, show her how it feels! I can tell you that being 13 years old and weighing 70 lbs, is WAY too skinny. She is probably kind of self conscious about it, and you don't even know. People that are extremely underweight can be just as self conscious as people really overweight. So when she says things to make you feel fat, make some sort of comment to her about how she is too stick thin.

If she were truly your BFF, she wouldn't be saying that you are fat or hurting your feelings. Maybe you should take some time to be away from her for a while, and maybe she will realize that she hurt your feelings. If not, better for you to be without her than with her and let her keep your self-esteem low.

Sounds like you need to be assertive and tell her how she is making you feel. If that doesn't work, the cold shoulder usually does. Also I would think about making new friends, she's wrong to treat you like that. A best friend sticks up for you, doesn't put you down.

Ignore them when they do that, or make fun of how small their boobs are compared to yours, heh!
Seriously though, she's 13 and going through that stage of putting others down to make up for her own low self esteem. She'll grow out of it, hopefully, in 7-10 years.
