you ever heard the Tony, Toni, Tone song where he goes "It never rains in Southern California....it never rains!" lol. i havent been out there yet but im going soon so ill see. out here in boring *** North Carolina we hardly get any around the summer time so i kinda see what you mean.

I know its pretty bad out here in Cali. However the govenor, said he's going to do something about this problem hope it works, bcoz, the water is finishing, without rain we soon won't have much water, to drink or to use on our garden orto give to the livestock, not good! :}Ciao*
