Firstly, generalisation is not intelligent. Not all men are cheaters. Secondly, the fact that a particular man can't perform sexually with his wife, is no indication at all that he has the same impairment with another woman, and this goes both ways. A woman may not reach orgasm nor find any satisfaction in the marital bed but may be wildly sated with a lover.
If a spouse goes hunting elsewhere, it is because he/she is not satisfied with whomever waits at home. This may be because of the cheated spouse or because several other causes. To generalise is wrong.

Because reality is hard to deal with but fantasy is fun and easy.
A wifes appearance may have a LITTLE to do with it...
But come'on if he has a lame sex life...has he told his wife she is boring in bed? Has he explored sex with his wife? Did he just marry her because she was "cute" and now that coke bottle figure has turned into a 2 liter??
His problems begin with him. PERIOD. He can either open his mouth and be open about what he wants sexually or he can divorce his wife.
and for the person that commented about his little boy springing to action or something like that. HOW do you know he didn't take viagra before he got to you? HOW do you know his sex life is lame? HOW do you know he doesn't get any at home?? Many times that is just a lie that many gullible "I wanna be better than the wifey in something" other woman WANT to HEAR...so he says it. And if you are in the middle of an affair with your man and his little boy...karma is a *****

The opinion of one bitter woman does not apply to all men.
Seriously, like I said in another answer, some women choose to become stale with age. They neve grow (other than fat) and seldom act sexy. They become a turn off. Cheating is a way for a man to add newness and spice to his otherwise boring lame sex life.

Why does a dog lick his balls because he can ?Most men are dogs . It has less to do with sex and more to do with power.If he's having problems getting it up ; he might be trying to prove his manhood by trying to get other women.
Now he's a cheating dog and in my book a less of a man.

It's the fantasy of a younger, shapely woman that is interested in old bag eyes. That fantasy will excite any man. Of course, it's "tin foil" but that is one of the main reasons.

Maybe she doesn't turn him on? I have a friend...it takes alot of effort and porn for him to go to his wife. He's just not sexually attracted to her. She's a real pretty girl too. Its just that she boring in bed and they just don't click together sexually.
When he and I were getting it on, he sprang to action like a good little boy. Its all about chemistry and what once was may not be forever.
