Has anyone tried anything from this? There are a couple of things that i have come across when reading that interest me. For instance one being to right certain names of saints on paper which is to be carried around - and that you will be met with grace and love by others. I'm not interested in the more bigger, serious workings. But i'm still a little nervous to try anything as i'm aware there may be consequences...

I felt the same when McDonalds introduced the Big and Tasty. To my surprise, it was quite nice.

Many people deceive themselves (in magick and elsewhere); this type of work demands the ability to enter into a trance state. If you are nervous about the bigger, correctly done rituals, you might want to be even more nervous about slipshod quick copies with many details taken out rituals like the paper you referred to. Leaving out the details is what makes it dangerous.

NEVER listen to the "Occult book of the Month" crowd.
