Study in US after Bachelore of Homeopathic Medicines and Surgery(B.H.M.S)?

My spouse is a studying BHMS from India and she will come to US next year. I hear that Indian Medical degrees are not recognised in the USA. I wanted to know ALL the possible alternatives open for her. And also the scope of Homoeopathy in USA !!
