One of the business is TNT Courier Service. Is this a legit business? The other is, Free Lotto Sweepstakes Claims and Release Department. They say that they are government accredited and licensed. British National online international lottery is registered under the data protection act of, registration U971133B. Is this legit?

TNT is a legitimate business. I believe its own by an Australian company or individual.
