In WWI a German submarine attacked a spotting and communications station along the coast of Massachusetts. Two people were wounded. In WWII Japan launched many bomb-laden balloons against the US during several years of the war. Several forest fires were started by these balloons and late in the war a church picnic was hit by one and several people died. Early in WWII a Japanese submarine shelled an oil refinery in Southern California.

in world war two, japan launced several attacks on america. one incident is where the japanese discovered how if they would launch weather balloons with incinerary bombs into the air, they would drift over to america. several of these balloons made it over here. it killed a family from oreagon. another incident is when a japanese sub came over and lauched a single plane with fire bombs, but it was during the wet season of america. they also selled the coast of america, but only did 500 dollars of damage. the japs also fought us in alaska, but that wasnt a state yet. the germans sent over some sabotuers over here to blow up railroads, etc, but they were captured when one of the germans went to the police. u-boats also came over and sunk alot of mercaint ships. those were only few of the attacks that happened on american soil. the answer would be B
