Does anyone know if Metallica is planning any North American Tour Dates for later this year or in '08?

Haven't seen any, maybe they're frightened of all the people they angered with the Napster lawsuit and their crappy newer music.

Rumors have been going on on their website that they will have a North American tour sprin or summer of '08

I'm pretty sure that once they release their new album (which is being produced by Rick Rubin) they will go on tour to promote it. I believe it will be later this year, but it possibly go into early '08.

The will began a tour as soon as they are finished recording their new CD
