the first day of court i was told i need a lawyer so my court date was rescheduled. so this time i go to court but my lawer did not show up, which was not cool. well they rescheduled my court date tomorrow (july18th) , what should i do? i only have 75 in cash for a down payment but i have a check coming in friday. help me someone.

The Constitution says you have the right to an attorney, and the law says if you can't afford one (which $75 sounds like to me) one will be provided for you. Get one provided for you. Tell the judge you need to have a public defender appointed. Either way, they can't hold it against you if your lawyer doesn't show.

Look for local legal assistance organizations.

Did the lawyer give you a reason why they did not show up? If they can't or won't give you a decent reason you might consider filling a complaint with the Bar Association against them.
