I'm 13, I'm a good girl, I like my parents, don't lie, have never anything bad. But yesterday I was at a friend's homer and it hapened that we her parents left and we were alone. She's my friend , my age, but her behavior is somewhat different from mine. Since no one would see, she decided to experiment some red wine. She told me to have it too, I dodn't want I know at my age it's wrong but ended up drinking about half a glass. I sweated , maybe because I drank too fast.
I think my parents will never know f I don't tel them. But I don't do things behind their backs, they treat me with love, so now I'm feeling really bad.I know a girl my age shouldn't drink, but I was curious. I won't do this again, but should I tell them anyway? I think this is the right thing to do, but I'm embarrassed, even ashamed. Do I deserve a punishment?

if you are an honest good girl, then why would you stop being honest now? you should be honest all the way, tell them what exactly what happened, they should understand.

Its refreshing to see a young person with such conviction...
I was raised in an Italian-neighborhood, and wine was served with dinner just about every night! there are worse things to drink besides wine; not saying that i condone drinking ANY alcoholic beverage by someone so young!
Nothing to be embarrassed or ashamed about, tell them if you feel guilty, but just know that they are going to be upset, so it should be no surprise.(they may even tell you not to hang out with this particular friend)
If you feel this way NOW about a half glass of wine, stay AWAY from any alcoholic beverage from now on until you are responsible enough to handle it.
*You dont deserve a punishment, seems like you already know right from wrong!

Tell them, if you let them know that you regret doing it and don't do it again then maybe they will be okay with it. If you do get punished it would be more for the peer pressure that you gave into...or at least you can view it that way. Next time your friend wants to do something you know better than tell her that you don't want to and if she keeps pushing, go home. Let her think you are a chicken or whatever, she will be the one that at 15 is an alcoholic or drug addict...do you want to be one too?

You really need to sit down with your parents and be open with them. Sounds like you already have a great relationship with them and the longer you hide this the more disappointed they will be with you. Tell them NOW and see what happens...
I don't feel punishment is needed but a good talking to is...

You should tell them. Explain it like you did here. And , yes, they will punish you. You should expect not to see this "friend" again for a while. And you should expect them to trust you less. You will have to earn that back. Just tell them that you have worried about this, and want them to know because you want to be trustworthy. Besides, the guilt will eat you alive!

Heres one thing teenagers never get; Parents ALWAYS find out. It's better now to tell them than feeling guilty in the future. If you tell them now, your punishment will not be as bad as it would if you decide not to tell them.

Yes you do deserve a punishment because you're a minor. And you're does too. But don't tell it might only make things worse for you and your friend.
