Hello,

I am going to Europe for a few weeks after xmas, and based on experience, which are the best hostels from the listed cities? I will be in each city for a short while and was just curious. Thanks

I pretty much always use this site for booking hostels and it has been great sometimes and horrible others:
http://www.hostelworld.com/

London: Palmer's Lodge (nice but not in city center), Ashley House is fairly dirty but has a kitchen and is close to a major commuter stop (King's Cross)

Paris: I haven't yet found a good hostel but I can tell you where is bad.
Friends Hostel is not great (I was forced to switch rooms every night of my 5 night stay and they had ice cold, dirty showers) but right next to a metro stop and very close to Sacré Coeur.
Do NOT book for:
Hotel Univers: Almost impossible to get to and in a boring part of town.
Hotel Akena Coignieres-Versailles (not Paris but Versailles and in an industrial part of town, very hard to get to)

Buy a guidebook out the lonely planet series, and choose your hostels from there.
They tell for each place to stay the price, and if it is worth the money.
Never let me down yet.
You know what you are going to get.

In Paris I used the hostels in the Marais:

Worth the money, nice central part of town.
Too long ago that I was in London, did not like the one in Dublin (and forgot the details,) never been in Seville, so no help there.
