The last three columns are broken into runs, hits and errors, in that order. These are generally abbreviated as R, H,& E. The other columns are runs by inning (1, 2, 3, ..., 9). There will also be lights to indicate balls and strikes, three for balls and two for strikes.

the standard scoreboard from left to right:
Pitchers number....team...runs in inning 1...runs in inning 2...through the last inning. Then total runs, total hits, total errors. Somewhere on there will be the current inning info... current batters number, balls, strikes and outs.

Some electronic scoreboards will have a diamond on it and lights to show where runners are.

The first column is runs (the score of the game). The second column is hits, and the third column is errors.
