i wana go live to massachusetts but my mom and dad are in puerto rico, so i wana know i f i can rent a house in massachusetts even so if im 17, right now im 16, but im gona be 17 in october and im planning to go there in june or july, of next year, so i wont be 18 yet.

You need to sign a contract and you are too young for that to be legal. Maybe your parents or another relative could cosign for you.

You'll need to be at least 18 y/o in order to rent a home. Maybe you can find someone to co sign with/for you.

Probably only with your parents as co-signers meaning they would have to sign the lease agreement and ultimately be liable if you ditched out on the landloard

No. You have to be 18 to be able to legally sighn a lease and be bound to it.

I don't know about that. Laws are different in different places. Ask a legal advisor for that.
