Html question for the guru?

A friend wants me to place this under discovery banner

and this under the navigation banner :

He said these are banners but i dont see them pop out in the window im using dreamweaver help!

How do I make it show in my site? i have uploaded it already but still a just a link sticks out help thanks

You won't see this in Dreamweaver. You'll only see it when you run the page in a browser after saving it.
