It will be announced just a few weeks before Wrestlemania 24, which is in Miami by the way. I attended Wrestlemania 23 in Detroit, and stayed in the same hotel as the wrestlers and alot of wrestling journalists. The word was that in the futcher Vince wants to bring a main event over to the U.K and thinks the marketing value of bringing Mania to the U.K is limitless. He is said to be very impressed with the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, and also the new Wemberly. With the latter being the most likely due to transport links and London's multitude of venues to host all the events that go with a Mania weekend.
