Why is white so important to some people?
What is important, is, are you a good person, or a bad person.
It would not cross my mind to decide about your colour and I would just accept you as a person, the same as me.
Being Jewish and European I would feel safe that you were not planning on becoming a suicide bomber in the UK.
P.S. I would consider you to be white, as I would all Europeans that I have met. (But I still don't think that is important.)

What do you advise you're area Jewish? are you able to be 'area' atheist too? Judaism is a faith, not a race. There actually is not any such element as 'area' Jewish: You the two prepare the religion or you do not. There are 2 methods wherein one is considered Jewish: A) Your mom is Jewish - if it somewhat is the case then you relatively are Jewish B) you replace into Judaism *in case you take in a perception in yet another God, you're an apostate. There are Jewish human beings of all races, backgrounds and ethnicities. There are human beings in China, Yemen, Africa, Iraq, Afghan, Japan, Mexico, Argentina and so on.. that are Jewish.

I think maybe your ancestors adopted Judaism as a religion, very much in the same way as many adopted Christianity that were formerly pagan. Since "Jewish" as a term doesn't really relate to a country, I would guess your ancestry would be in the European country your relatives came from (ie if they came from Poland they would be Polish). Religion & nationality are two seperate things.
White supremacists are knuckle scrapers without an education.

If your skin is pale, of course you're white. Actually, if you're of European descent, you're probably more white than your average white guy- Ashkenazi Jews are one of the most inbred ethnic groups in the world. Not that race matters anyway, but it will give you something to say the next time the white supremacists come bothering you.

Most people would say so. Not racists, of course. Technically, who knows? Lots of surveys ask, only if you "wish to answer" if you are of Hispanic origin after giving you Caucasian on an earlier question so it seems there are still "gradations" of Caucasian...
I believe genetically, everyone of Indian, Persian, Arab, Jewish, European and pretty much in between is Caucasian. Then one has Mongoloid from Mongolia on down to Australoid in Australia and in Africa, *******. Actually, I think there is a fifth grouping of a similar size to Australoid, but I am not sure. Since Caucasian = white for most, that would make anyone of Semetic background white.
And if I personally were to group you, I'd put you in the white group.

Since Judaism is a religion, not a race, your Judaism has nothing to do with your skin color. And, since "European ancestry" can mean a lot of things, I'm not sure that's particularly relevant either.

You are certainly White.
/Caucasian.
Many Askenazim are part local East or Central European or Kazar and other" white " groups.
Unless you are mixed with Black or East Asian as well ,then you would be mixed race.
Who cares what pseudoscientific and irrational racists think ,as long as they are kept out of positions of influence and power?
Anyway ,theonly real race is the one race, the human race. Shalom
