As many times as you wish, as long as you either divorce your partner in between, or s/he conveniently dies. You're only allowed one spouse at a time - although there have been some interesting suggestions that freedom of religion is being denied because Islamic men are allowed to take up to four wives at a time, but in Texas, at this moment, that's polygamy and polygamy is illegal.

once...unless they are a cousin, second cousin or a sibling with the same name...that way when the niece gets knocked up...they already have the name of the father...
