Think about your questions.
If the universe is endless or inifinite, or even expanding infinitely, then how could you begin to calculate how long it would take to get to the so-called "end"? The time necessary would be endless also.
Scientists cannot, and have not even postulated that the limits of the universe can be observed. Since they cannot observe even to the edge of this expanding phenomenon, then they certainly cannot see past it. So there is no possibilty of seeing what is beyond the universe's boundaries.
All that astronomers have been able to detect are the faint objects at distances of 13 billion light-years. That is the only indication of how old the universe is, at the least. It remains to be seen if the universe is or isn't even older than what optical detection has told us so far.

Infinite; to your first question and No to your 2nd.
Just imagine that you are standing inside a dark sphere. (The sphere shoild be very big and should have no opening)You start walking in any direction. Now, when would you reach the end of the sphere?
It would take you the same time to reach the end of the Universe.
Now let the same sphere be expanding at a considerable a rate. Would scientists (in this sense) be able to 'find' the edge of the Universe in the same dimension?

Since no one knows how far away the end is this is impossible to answer. There may actually be no end because we can ony see the part of the universe whose light is able to reach us. Beyond that, the universe is expanding faster than light so it would be impossible to reach it given current technology.
I think there is an edge somewhere out there but since far away galaxies are accelerating do to dark energy it is getting farther away by the second. If we ever invent wormholes or space travel that can manipulate and stretch space we may eventually see it. Since human technology has advances exponentially since our beginning it may only be a couple hundred years.

Beyond the universe there is 'absolutely nothing'. This is very difficult to understand. Not even there is space beyond .
You can never reach the end of the universe theoretically. It is expanding at extremely great speed. Theretically no particle can travel at greater velocities than light. So you can chase the end of univ. but never reach it.

The Theory of General Relativity forbids the universe from having an end or edge. There is no end to get to, so you can't travel there.
If you travel in a straight line, you will just keep going and going, passing galaxy after galaxy, either infinitely long, or until you get back to where you started from.

It depends on your definition of "the universe". If you're just talking about the big bubble of stars and galaxies that we reside in then it would probably take... oh i don't know... some giga-trillion light years.
But then what if you took your ultra-cool space ship past the edge of the bubble and further out. Would you ever be able to stop? Even if there was a big giant metal wall that said "end of the universe" on it in big red lettering... what would be on the other side of that big metal wall? More metal? More space? The land of Oz?
There's always the possibility of going further.

Moving at the known speed of light it would take 15 billion years to reach the last star structure. However; the space structure goes beyond that and we do not know how far that goes.
The fact that the Universe was Created into existance means that it has boundary of a dimension where the constrains of the containment, which science calls Universe or Cosmos ,exist at that boundary

Scientists don't know if there IS and edge, and the Universe is expanding at exactly the speed of light,so if we attempted to go there at the speed of light,we would never get there.

There is no end to the universe,so even if you travel through space for your entire life time you will not reach to the end of the universe.
