Yes but they will be taller and your speedometer will be off. check with a good tire shop for your replacements so they will fit without rubbing on things.

I don't see why it would be a problem. The numbers "50" or "60" etc. just tell you how tall the sidewall is in relation to the width of the tire. So the difference between 225/50 and 225/60 will be like half an inch, i.e. pretty insignificant in terms of fit.

Pleasse note that u may hit humps and break your lub oil drainage bolt or your exhaust system
check with proper tire shop and then do the changes
