see if you can find a BackStage newspaper where you live. Or BackStageWest. It lists casting notices. www.backstage.com
Also there are many Yahoo groups that publish casting notices. You can go to Yahoo groups and do a search using keywords like acting, auditions, casting,, etc..

If you are not in an acting class, enroll in one. You will be able to network with other actors and ask them where to find auditions, as well as asking the acting teacher.

Get an agent. Get a headshot. Get education. i understand you merely want to hearken to some audition places and which you will get the area, however the actuality is you wont. no longer in this city.

look in your newspaper. search online, go to cattle calls, if you can audition for an agent.
