In most European countries it is 16 for beer, wine and drinks that are as strong, 18 for stronger drinks, but the UK it is 18 for anything.

Driving seems to be 18 in most countries too, but there are different laws in each country.
But if you have a valid driving license from an other country you are allowed to drive in most countries in Europe, (but not in the country where you live, if you are younger than 18.)

You have to be at least 18 years old to drive and drink in Lithuania.

Mostly 18 but for alcohol is not that strict as in USA. Hardly anybody will check your Id,especially in Eastern Europe.
