Ok...I really want to act and sadly I have no experience. I dont think my parents would support me since I just recently got the acting bug after reading about the miley cyrus phonomanon(i didnt spell that right) and how she became so famous so quick. I urge to be in the magazines and on tv. Possibly singing but who knows. I would really like to be the next miley cyrus and meet all the stars...the other thing is, everone says the i would need an agent which seems complicated. I know its just a dream but its really bothering me. I also know that you end up moving to california...that also seems hard. Lastly I play volleyball, and take many camps on it and feel that i would end up giving that up to take classes and I wouldnt be able to do anything but acting..And i dont want to leave my whole life behind...I know I sound complicated...and I'll tell u it is. I'm 13 blond hair, about 5' 1"

okay, well, you'll need to audition for an agent. (preferably one that works with disney) audition audition audition!! they aren't going to come to YOU. YOU need to go to THEM!

The reason Miley Cyrus got into the buisness so fast is because her daddy is famous. If you dont hav any connections that could get you into the buisness regardless of the fact that you might be talentless, you will have to take classes and get an agent. Miley is probably going to go out in about a year so I dont think you really want to be the next her.

No offense, but from your details it sounds like you just want to be famous and popular in magazines. Just so you know that's something that comes with the acting...If you're just going to try to be a celeb because you want all of the money and glamour, don't even try getting an agent and auditioning for things like this.I'm not trying to be harsh but there are so many people out there that want to be a celebrity.Some of them want it for the fame and some of them want it for the right reasons.If you want to be a celebrity because you love acting then the best of luck to you.Being an actress and wanting to be a celebrity myself, I can understand how you may feel.If you are serious about being a celebrity then you need to practice, practice, PRACTICE!!Audition for community theater, take acting or singing lessons, and try out for your school play or drama club.You don't have to at the moment but as you progress you should try and get an agent.This will help on your way to professional acting or singing.Just keep in mind that acting and/or singing is a big commitment, so remember that there will be many sacrifices that you will have to make on your way to the top.If you just want the fame and money and glamour then please don't take up pro acting because there may be so many other people out there that want this more than you do.Please don't take my advice harsh but try to be realistic.Best of luck.

You are to young to decide whether it is time for you to leave home for good to pursue a career. Right now, the only thing you should do is join the drama club at your school and begin your practice right there. When you are older, perhaps over the age of consent if your parents are not willing to help you before that, you can go to a real acting school. I don't know where you live, but you would probably have to go to NYC for this. Don't worry, you will reach an age when you can't wait to get out of your parents home and begin your own life. Take acting classes, if you want to be an actor. Miley became famous because of her father, who was already famous! If your only reason for being famous is to meet stars, that's not a valid reason.
Hon, actors go into acting because they enjoy acting, not to be celebrities. Look at your life and ask yourself the reason you want to meet celebrities.
