Not really a question, just wanted to share that and see if anyone else noticed that after using calcium citrate. I looked into it on the internet a while back, and seems like I read that it can cause a change in your skin like that. I was always so fair skinned, rarely tanned, but now I can actually get a tan. Interesting.

That is sooo cool. Glad to hear you post that. I noticed the same thing with Iodoral (iodine) that my ND put me on. I don't EVER burn now...I used to burn for being out in the sun 15 minutes. I know now it's the poor and yucky stuff I used to eat. I eat smarter now. But everyone I know on Iodine don't burn anymore...and tan.

Thanks for sharing! :) I am on calcium citrate too!
Glad to know it!
