I believe that's called vandalism. Do you care about the laws of the United States? If so, then yes, you should feel guilty for breaking them.

no, as long as you put it over their Kerry/Edwards sticker. I cannot believe how many people still have those on their cars. I actually saw a Gore 2000 sticker the other day.
