Navigate to the page, and drag the address onto the Home toolbar button.

Or, you could right click on the Internet Explorer icon on your desktop, select Properties, and change the Address of your home page.

this is one of the most asked questions in my experience
on the internet explorer browser go to tools>internet options>then simply type in the url(web address)of your chosen homepage, you dont have to type in the hypertext transfer protocol(http) before the address this will be filled in for you, then press apply and then ok
note:some security software may block you changing the homepage,so you will have to disable this before you change your homepage, however "remember" to re-enable it before you go back on-line
the same method applies to most browsers, including mozzila firefox and netscape
any problems let me know
good luck mate!
