i am only 23 but already I notice my skin looks fresher and smoother and has a "glow" about it whenever I wear Clinique's moisturizer at night
also, wear sunscreen when you go out in the sun cause the sun causes wrinkles if you stay in it too long
and I heard Oil of Olay is pretty good too

It is also known to prolong your life. Pomegrantes flush out the toxins in your body (without giving you the runs or anything) and also have vitamins and minerals in them that are known to be really good for your skin and prevent the effects of aging, esp. the visible ones. Pomegranate juice does the same thing. Try "Pom Wonderful" it's expensive like 3 dollars a bottle but it's worth it. You can get it at any grocery store.
