All the press over here in the UK are eagerly following their success in LA and how well the Americans are taking to them so what do you think of them? Or what is the general opinion?

I like them so far.
I saw the special with Victoria Beckham last night on NBC and I liked it.
It showed a different side of her. I thought she was always mad and didn't have a sense of humor. But it's just the opposite.
And David Beckham is really hot.
So as long as they don't turn into Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes, I think the US will tolerate them.

Americans arent as into soccar as the rest of the world and mr beckham is not going to change that and the victoria needs to eat something....I would love to see her back to her spice girl size!!

I don't understand why he came here to play soccer. Most of us don't give a crap about soccer. Victoria strikes me as a super RUDE, stuck on herself Zenu worshiper. The media is trying really hard to shove them down our throats, like we're supposed to be excited. I think they should go back home, also I would like it if they would take Paris AND Tom and Katie. Sorry, UK, I adore you! Maybe we could get together and just send them to Antarctica, where they won't bother any of us!

i dont think of the beckhams. as a soccer fan i think of david beckham, and see him as an over the hill star who will try to prove whether he is still any good, and who has a tough task ahead of him as he is expected to transform his team into a word class squad. he will also be making a s#@$ load of money for the next couple of years, while his wife tries to do w/e it is she does in hollywood.

I respect David as an incredible athlete. But Victoria looks like a crackhead. Her body is disgusting, and she looks like a stuck up priss.

I don't know anything about David, as I don't follow soccer at all. I used to think Victoria was stuck up, but after seeing her on the Tonight Show, she seemed pretty normal. Plus, I think she's a hottie!

Over-hyped, over-exposed, and really thinking they are waaaaay more ineresting than they actually are. Also I really hate Posh's overly-sculptured hair and stuck-up, snotty British 'tude. I'm sick of hearing about them, I wish they had stayed in the UK.

Not much. I really don't see what the big deal is. I saw some close ups of her yesterday and she has terrible skin.
