Unfortunately relaxing doesn't really fit into my schedule. I barely even get to sleep . . . usually I only get 3 or 4 hours a night. Haven't been out to dinner, see a movie or anything like that in years . . .

Well, when I'm feeling nervous, I take a bath and argue in my mind with the person who made me angry ( what should I've said, why does she/he feels that way, why my mother-in-law is so stubborn and pigheaded....). but when it comes to love disappointment , i.e. when my husband makes me mad, I watch "Friends" or "Joey" or something similar.

Change into some comfortable clothes.....grab a cold one....turn on the tube and just veg out for awhile.....
