Elvis had/has a very distinct voice, therefore I'd say it's very easy to recognize an Elvis song.

probably someone you know since you seem so outraged.. OR someone very young, someone living in Africa, as an example for underdeveloped countries who have other problems.. or someone in an average developed country but with little contact with the western civilization. it also depends on the song since i myself doubt i could recognize a random song even if the voice is relatively hard to be mistaken. so there :D but i'm sure you already knew all this and i understand that was not really the point, but hey i answered anyway with the possible options (i left out the ones with people in comas for decades or such fictional possibilities)

I cannot imagine a person being unable to recognize the King's voice. I caught Elvis in concert before he died and no matter how stoned he was his voice never failed him.
