It's obvious that we are being fed all this terrorist attack possibly happening in the summer and this Bin Laden tape that's been out since 2001 so that the Neo-Cons can continue this war to no end in Iraq and also use a false flag terrorist op to justify using nukes in Iran. The question with that is, what will Russia (who is helping build the nuclear reactors) and China going to do once we drop the bombs on Iraq? Ask to dance the "Tango"? These idiots that we have representing us are starting to really make me and others like me very sick to my stomach.

Who knows where they came from? Or when. These tapes look old, so is somebody showing us the same tapes over and over again? To me, they all look the same- old-looking and sounding canned like a '70's TV show. When these tapes are shown, I'll flip the bird, or the channel. I will not be manipulated by the terror threats, color-coding, or anything like that. There is too much fishy stuff going on for me to believe in that. With all these fear tactics coming from GWB and his cronies, who are the REAL terrorists?

Perhaps you are old enough to remember the cold war. Whenever the 'forces of good' wanted to build more missiles and warheads, they would come up with covert info that the russians had built a lot more and were ahead of us. Later, toward the end of the cold war, it was discovered there was rarely any such thing as a significant gap between their production and ours; indeed, we overwhelmingly had more warheads and missiles than they did.
This business with Al Quaida is the same sort of disinformation process. I'm not saying that Osama and his people are not a threat to America (though I do keep wondering who exactly they work for)... but I am suggesting that every time the publics fear level needs to get ramped up so people will stop asking inconvenient questions, then these tapes and missives suddenly appear on intelligence desks across the land.
I'm sixty years old. I've been watching these guys do this all my life. There's nothing new.
We need to get rid of the bureacrats of the business/war machine who have basically taken over our country.
Are armies necesssary? To some degree. Could we be attacked by terrorists? Yes, we have been attacked by several different varieties of them over the years (MacVeigh, the mysterious anthrax mailer, 9/11... all real, if occasionally of murky origins)...
Is the solution endless war and a curtailment of civil liberties. Never. The problem could be solved by people becoming informed about what certain business groups and covert agencies do in our name, in secret, in other countries, and shuitting these nasty operations down.
A lot of people are afraid to speak this truth. I don't care anymore. They can't damage my life any more than they already have...

Why didn't you word your question to read "Iran offered the U.S. Saad bin Laden, but wanted conditions, but the U.S. refused, counter offering conditions". Oh that's right... it would be counter productive to your agenda. You provided the Time source, but obviously didn't read it. If you had, you would have seen that the U.S. tried to negotiate with Iran, but it broke down. Since there were a bunch that would need to be repatriated to their native countries, that tells me that maybe the Bush administration didn't want the hassle or didn't want more at Club Git-mo. Instead of being a sheep, led and fed by your party line, why don't you stop playing into their partisan crap and become an American.

IF America decides to do anything rash, Both Russia and China will take action, i guarantee it.
What America doesn't like is the fact that other counties are helping the counties America are waring with, with arms and bombs and anything that aids them in there defense and offense. And the main countries that does this is Russia. And they have been for decades now.
