I agree with Red Rock, rather than Valley of Fire - easier to get too. Valley of Fire is quite a drive & can be a challenging walk or climb for some!
These look okay, though I can not say I know the company - http://www.lasvegasnatureweddings.com/
If you like the mountains & a lodge, Mt. Charleston could work too, here's their link - http://www.mtcharlestonlodge.com/weddings.html

It's a little further to drive but infinitely more beautiful is the Mt. Charleston Wilderness area of the Humboldt Toiyabe National Forrest - Besides it's free!

Red Rock Canyon is pretty much just a barren desert with a few rocks. Mt. Charleston is a 12,000ft Mt with beautiful old growth trees for as far as the eye can see, and there are incredible long range views across the valley. Your wedding photos would be breathtaking. >and it's about 30 degrees cooler up there, at least the whole wedding party would not bake.

Take I-95 North it's about 36 miles to the Mt. Charleston area

Valley of Fire & Red Rock do look very similar, so if I had to choose between the two, I'd choose Red Rock since it's easier to get too.

As for another suggestion, I would suggest Lake Las Vegas. It's also a ways a way, but you can get married on the Lake itself, makes for an awesome backdrop...

Good luck & congratulations...

I've been to both and I have to admit they look very similar. Personally, I would go with Red Rock because there are alot of chapels that are more accomodating than Valley of Fire. It is also closer to Las Vegas so you don't have as much travel time.

Either one is beautiful---but be forewarned that the entire wedding party will have to pay admission fees to both. Also, they are a bit out of town so you will have to take that into consideration for all of the wedding party to include the one officiating and the photographer.

About a month ago, I was a wedding that I thought was neat. It was in front of the fountains at the Belagio. Some the pictures and the movie were taken when a song was being done.
