Why not take your title and/or registration to the dealership... they need the VIN to make new keys, but will probably also want to prove you're the owner.

You are going to have to get the key made by a dealer anyway because they are the only ones with the proper blanks for it. They will charge you about $70 per key so they may as well do the work of looking it up.
Both keys lost on Ford products is a major nuisance since dealers need to perform an arbitrary procedure to get the lock to accept them. In fact as I recall now they are going to have to replace the locking module if neither of the original keys is present. Count on that for another major expense beyond the key costs.

Take the title to your local ford dealer, most of the time they can make a key from just that, for the door at least. For the ignition you'll have to replace that.

you have not said what the year is? before 1995 non transponder . if it still has org locks ( ign door same) main dealer should be able to help. after1995 transponder key. these are more of a problem. new keys will have to be prog. into your van which means van will have to be towed to dealer( more hassle as steering lock is on) if you look on line you will find a local car locksmith who will come to you cut and reprog system ( my job.. car locksmith)
