Simplicity and the fact that the customer will KNOW where every control is.

the way the layout switches back and forth makes me think some web designer got lazy and took their original layout and past layouts that were possibly shot down and mixed them up throughout the pages.

it's confusing on the main page the way you have men's womens, and below that an entirely new NavBar the big stack of jeans would probably be more functional in a flash animation but they're ok where they are imo (if you keep the switching of layouts)

Pics would be cool, if next to the pair of jeans a thumbnail pops up so the customer can better understand what they are buying,

The font sizes are out of control dude, seriously pick one and stick with it it makes me naucious looking at it where 1 line has small fonts the next 3 have huge followed up by a medium small medium medium large.

any web designer knows that first and foremost a site must be functional to the user before graphics are even added i'd consider revamping this entire site with a new design

Ignoring the rest, and right off the bat:

(1) It is not immediately apparent, when one first arrives upon the page, the meaning of "I want" - one has to hover ones mouse pointer over it before the meaning becomes clear.

(2) The large group of links in the main content, are not obviously links upon first glance - but rather a scattered mish-mash of meaningless and difficult-to-read text beginning with a very small font. It is difficult to see that each is a link until one hovers ones mouse pointer over a group of words.

It is not immediately clear upon arrival on the page as to what the website is all about. A main statement of the website purpose should be prominent and obvious at the top, and a link to the home page should be handy from all other pages.

well its not centered. thats irritating. also all of the links for the jeans or ads, im not sure what they are, are just jumbled together. think of a creative way to display them. Also, have someone create a graphic for your website instead of the website's address as the title - i'll make one for you on photoshop if you want, just tell me what you want done. a site usually makes you feel excited to be shopping there, i didn't really get anything from that page, it actually looked like a front, or a fraudulent company when i first saw it, but thats just me.

You need to have some sort of understanding of art background because your site needs more creativity, balance, contrast and etc.

What I would suggest you is that go google some website templates and see what they've done for creating web sites.

Good Luck!!
