Can I stream a video signal from my computer to a televison?

I am trying to shoot off a video signal wirelessly to my television, is this possible?

The easiest way is to use a video card which has a Video output. The video output is then sent to a wireless transmitter (See link for the leap frog) . Audio from the soud card may also be transmitted as well.

A wireless receiver is then placed next to the TV. The TV must have video and audio inputs.
