A roach can't give you West Nile Virus, So I say Mosquito.

Roaches can be just as deadly.... they are disease ridden as well.. perhaps even carry SARS.
Roaches carry disease pathogens including (but not limited to) salmonella, streptococcus, E. coli, dysentery, hepatitis B, plague, and cholera. Decaying roach corpses have been linked as a cause of allergies and acute respiratory disease among children.
Plus roaches want to be all up in my food cabinet, mosquito's don't. Roaches are fast breeding and where there's one there 100's, and they are very hard to get rid of.

A mosquito can contract the West Nile Virus as well...
I say a roach b/c they will not chase you around, pester, & bite you. They seem to be more scared of you than you are of them!!!

Roach can spread all kinds of diseases and will survive an atom bomb.
Mosquitoes avoid me for some reason.

Mosquito's they bite more and they give west Nile plus if you want to spend any time outside you have to on bug repellent or get bit all the time

In the house roaches outside mosquitoes...they eat me alive and I'm allergic

Roach because they are bigger and harder to kill. Though they are both very annoying, I do not scream when i see a mosquito.

mosquitos "bother" me more but I can't stand the sight of a roach. Especailly those really big ones, uuugghh!
