I spilled some chlorine bleach on a carpet. Now there's an off-white blotch. Can this be solved?

I'm afraid not. Maybe you can buy some dye in that color and rub into the carpet. If not, cover it with a rug. No one will notice.

I think not. But you can repair it, by cutting this bleached patch out and putting another piece of carpet in it´s place. Cut with a sharp trimming knife or safety razor blade, to expose the backing beneath. Cut enough matching tufts to fill the hole from a place where it will not show, or a spare piece of carpet. Dab the bottom of the hole and the ends of the tufts with a latex adhesive, then insert the tufts into the hole. Leave to dry, then trim if necessary and brush to blend with pile

Bleach doesn't stain. It does the opposite. It's not something just covering the color up, it just completely takes the color away.

Heloise's advice: find a marker or a combination of two markers that closely match the original color of the carpet. Then paint it with the markers.

No it cant be solved, it is white for its lifetime.
Bleach is to remove or lighten somethings color.
So the color it is, is the color it will be. Sorry
