Anyhoo, it is not really clear what you mean by this question. Do you mean one person that caused ALL of racism? That is impossible and obtuse. No one person is responsible for racism. If I had to pick a single, most worst racist of all time, though, I'd go with Hitler. He may be the one person who has killed the most people due to race.

Since each person is responsible for his or her own actions, views and choices, my choice would be not to point the finger at anyone and do what I could to stop racism for myself.
