A message board I visit only allows 1 registered user for each IP address. This is the question:
If I visit the message board at home, then I visit the same one at work, then will I be able to create another account at home? Since the first account is now using the work IP...
Is this correct?

Details:

So even if I've used the first account at both work and home, I should be able to create a new one at home, if I used the first one most recently at work?

yes, you could also download a free proxy ip scrambler that will change your ip address from time to time

It depends on the method message board uses to restrict access. IF only by 'Remote' IP address, yes you may be able to access at work and home. However, home IP will change occasionally ( so may work IP too) based on your ISPs DHCP configurations. Also, if you use router at home with multiple PCs , the remote IP will be same (router's IP) for all PCs (even though your PCs IP is 192.168.x.x)

Yes you should be able to create another one from work because your work computer should have a different IP address (as long as you dont have a home business, lol).

U should make a fake yahoo id, goto cyber cafe or your friends pc and try it yourself. If it works then yours will work too. Oh yes you can use ip scrambler to. You can find that in google.

This sounds correct. The (possibly unfortunate) effect will be that you will show up at the message board as two different persons, depending on where you are accessing it from.
