Probably Clinton or Obama although nearly any of them would beat any of the GOP candidates. The only exception might be Kucinich. Kuchinch has the chances of an ice cube in the Sahara of getting nominated anyway. With the mood of the country I doubt a great orator and progressive Republican such as Teddy Roosevelt could even win over the Democrats in 2008. The neocons and Bush have screwed things up pretty well for the Republicans. I don't see much recovery in the GOP for at least 8 to 10 years.

Well it won't be Obama or Hillary. The sad fact is that the south will not vote for Obama in significant numbers required to win and Hillary is one of two of the most polarizing political figures of the current day. Bush is the other in case you are wondering. If Hillary wins the nomination people will come out of the woodwork to vote against her. I will not discuss the rest of the field because one of these 2 people are almost surely going to win the nomination.

Edwards/Obama would do the trick, Hilary is too polarizing and would make even disgruntled Republicans turn out to vote against her. However Edwards is somewhat acceptable to dems and Obama is popular and with him as VP for 8 years he might actually get to run and win after for President.

This is a really tricky question. Each party claims that the other is in such shambles that a blind dog with a note in his mouth could get elected if he gets their nomination.

Personally, I see trouble brewing for both parties. If that dog runs as an independent, he could beat both of the parties that stopped listening to Americans a long time ago.

Obama 08'!!!!! He will change the dynamic of US politics. Has anyone been paying attention, he supports making our government almost COMPLETELY TRANSPARENT this is unprecedented. Imagine a wolrd where you could find out exactly how much of your tax money is going to pet projects of corrupt politicians. Or better yet imagine if you knew that who you elected was not a hack for corporate america or any other interest group becuase they raised money in a way that did not control their viewpoint. It will change america for the better GET EXCITED.

John Edwards.
Barack doesn't have the social and experience wanting by the people.
Hillary, well, not even Democrats like her.
So yeah, best bet would be John Edwards.

Dennis Kucinich! I do not like his antigun stance but he is by far the best of the Demo's and isn't a CFR scumbag like all the rest!
