So someone at a client/customer/vendor/etc company is doing something that you find offensive?

Contact their HR department, AND contact your immediate supervisor. Let him/her know what transpired, and why you feel you have a problem. Many companies will let it be known that they will not deal with companies who's employees act in such an unprofessional manner.
