I love this story some of my old timer clients swear by it. Here is where you need to go.

Burying old St Joseph to sell your home: http://www.snopes.com/luck/stjoseph.asp

I still say it was my company and my agents efforts, but hey what do I know
Best of breaks to you

The best sales from burying St. Joseph upside down, sideways, right side up or at any other position go to the folks who sell the St. Joseph's statues for this purpose. It's gotten so popular in my area that a few religious supply stores now carry actual kits designed for the purpose. They come in a box with the statue, a prayer card, instructions, and a small plastic garden shovel.

I've been in real estate for nearly two decades, and those who bury St. Joseph sell their houses eventually, and so do those who don't bother with the statue.

Our house sold in 2 weeks - we didn't bury a statue of Joseph, but my husband's name is Joseph! Maybe that helped lol

I've done it, and had a house sell within a week of burying it. I say coincidence, my wife says it was St. Joseph.

You can buy the kit on eBay (and other places) for less than $20. What've you got to lose?

I guess it probably depends on your faith. God does answer prayers. We were surprised when my sister bought her new home and friends came by a few weeks later to dig up their joseph right next to the front door. Jennifer
