as you grow older, you need less sleep. teens need 8-10 hours of sleep to be well rested. yes, they can sleep for 4 hours, get up and go through the day, but then if you notice, they'll sleep a solid 12-16 hours the next day. my grandparents however, usually get only 4-6 hours of sleep and get up at 6am everyday. my parents get 6-8, and i get 8 + (im 18). getting at least 8 hours of sleep seems like a necessity to function correctly and retain what youve learned throughout the day.

Teens should be getting at least 8 hours of sleep. do to so much happening in the body they wouldn't recommended any less.

you need 8 hrs, but try this , ....

try taking an after noon nap of 1 hr. MAKE TIME. its a priority. Because your brain will be fresh in the evening too.

And you can sleep 6.5-7 hrs at night.
